Some consumers in the Yakima Valley have received a telephone call from an unknown number stating that their Debit/ATM/Credit card has been temporarily suspended. The automated voice asks for their financial institution’s card number, expiration date and personal identification number (PIN). These calls are NOT from CALCOE Federal Credit Union or any other credit union. Hang up immediately if you receive such a phone call.
If you have inadvertently given out such information, contact us immediately. If it is beyond business hours, call the Lost/Stolen Visa number associated with the affected card. Those numbers are listed on our Contact Us page.
